mobo/psu question

do the newer 24 pin mobos need all 24 pins or can you just plug the 20 pin connector in like you could in the earlier ones

should be fine, but best to aim at picking up a 24-pin PSU ASAP for extra stability.

I think it was mentioned some time ago that in such a case best option is to use 20 pin to 24 pin adaptor...
