Mobo ignores my settings

I can't fully explain my problem because I get an error regarding "charaters long", I tried to OC my i5 4670k on my AsRock Z87 Extreme3 mobo but the mobo COMPLETELY ignores my voltage settings, it ignores even it's own voltage settings (as for 4GHz it sets itself to adaptive 1.000V but the VID goes up to 1.243V), I tried to use offset voltages negative value to force down the max voltage while retaining adaptive voltage mode, but my IA voltages go up the roof up to 3.236 V and I don't know if that's normal or not, I don't even know what IA stands for (I tried searching, didn't find one topic related to it).
Also, when I tried to lower the LLC/Ring voltages using offset negative values that too sky-rocketed to 3.236 V . Strangely enough ring voltages seem to be at 1.000 V adaptive with a 0.024V offset increase.
