I wonder what software they used to control the fans' RPM? I have same fans and connected to a pwm in my motherboard but whenever I try to control tje tpm with Fan Xpert 3 the LED brightness also change..

The brightness will change as the motherboard is putting less volts to the fans when you adjust the speed

PWM fans should run on constant voltage. That's the purpose of PWM.

Is your motherboard fan control set to voltage or pwm? Also, check your motherboard manual as some fan headers are not true pwm, you want pinouts that say 12v, ground, rpm and speed control. If any of the pinouts are ground, power, rpm and reserved then even though it's a four pin header it's not pwm.
