Mini ITX build help

Hello guys, just wanted some help with a build i'm going to be doing for a friend of mine. He is looking for it to be as cheap as possible because unfortunaitly i wasn't able to convince him not to get mac

lol but anyways he just wants a small rig that will handle a few games at medium-low settings. I am already selling him my 5770 on the cheap along with 4gb of DDR3 RAM just looking for The Motherboard, Case , CPU and PSU this was my idea:

Looks good. have you checked out the 2400S 65w tdp cpu? less heat

Yup, looks great. 2400S would be great for something that's not fancy and will be kept cool and quiet in the ITX case since air will be drawn in through the vents without any fans.
