Sadly, they do....
But hey they good for an ultrabook that can also be a tablet so....

Yeah i know, I'd love one but I dont have that sort of money laying around at the moment as I'm halfway through moving into my flat but maybe in the future il fob off my ipad and invest in one of those bad boys.

I want one. My mom has a SP3 and it's an amazing piece of technology. Hopefully this new one is a little lighter as the SP3 is a little on the heavy side when in tablet use. That's the only issue as far as I can tell they could fix

I'd like to get one, would be awesome for taking during lectures. But when it comes to battery live, current and past surface models didn't come close my MacBook Air's, lets hope the new one does well in that departement.

My SP3 is still going strong :). It's a work tool and nothing else, okay I lie, perhaps casual browsing on the sofa or Netflix casted to the telly via Chromecast. A great thing is the combination of the SP3, OneNote (on the SP3, my main pc and iphone) and OneDrive means I can work on something between all devices, as long as I have a net connection.

It's cpu power and battery life are great, and I don't see any slowness of disk access, so the new one will be epic. The improvements I'd like to see are added lightness :), less heat output so the fan doesn't kick in under heavy load and lastly somewhere to store the pen as the little stick on tab on the keyboard is crap.
