Pretty neat. At least it's something different and not like every other commercial out there.

For example, a local car dealership runs a commercial with a black screen, no sound and white text that says..

"Visit MatthewsAuto.com for ...blahblahw/e"

Get's your attention because theres no sound, so you're like WTF and you look at the TV, then see that. Good strategy IMO.
