Metallica!!!

They were so good at leeds festival!! Though i must say the killers were awesome..

Block party were pretty solid. By far the best weekend ever.. Topped last year by miles.
 
ooh thanks for this, I was going to watch the highlights theother night but by 12:15 they weren't on yet (or I missed them) didn't know it was on iPlayer

30seconds in, For Whom the Bell Tolls, perfect starter, think I am going to like this 40min, then Cunning stunts for me :D Metallica FTW

metallica were pretty gd, feeder and tenacious D before hand got the crowd going thou, feeder were absoutley amazing, better than ever, the D,,,well just the D :)

If anyone sees in the highlights when they open the bridge from white carpark cud they let me know which one its on as i was the 3rd person over and me and my mate got to shake the bloke who runs the fests hand for the cameras
 
I watched the last half as I didn't know it was on until you said in the Small Talk Box. ;)

Was very good. But I was annoyed at the choice of presenter.

And I got the feeling that she didn't know/care who Metallica are from the faces she made when interviewing. :(
 
*Dances* Got the new album today! Though I will admit I had already listened to it all already, my mate "aqquired" it and I had a browse. It aint half bad to be honest, not as good as the old stuff, but still pretty good. Also got S&M from HMV for £9, good days work I think
 
I still think Cyanide has Suicidal Tendencies written all over it, but damnit it is a good song :D No Master of Puppets though, that remains (imho) the best song they have done! My Apocalypse is also good, and on youtube for those who are interested
 
Spot on, at least with I and II they had similar starts. I am all for differentiation (ok, i think I made that word up) but the piano is Unforgiven III does not work I think, it is indeed pants.
 
GAH!

You just reminded me. My step dad brought Death Magnetic over hours ago and I still haven't listened to it properly. >.<
