memtest showing wrong speed

I wanted to test if my undervolting of my XMS3 memory in 1600mhz and 1.55v is stable with memtest.

However starting memtest 86+ from USB stick and the test starts with BCLK 85 and memory is running at 667 (1369mhz)?!

memtest did all sorts of funky stuff to my bclk and ram speeds as well
my bclk was 78 and ram was 600
bear in mind my ram is at 933 (1866 @ 9-10-9-27) so not sure if its misinterpreting or just pulling wrong stats

Yeah, I wanted to run stability test at 1600mhz and then undervolt to see how low voltage I can run.
Unfortunately memtest86+ 4.20 I have no idea if the speed is correct and memtest show wrong, or if the speed is incorrect and memtest show right.

I know that windows7 has correct speed with help of CPUZ and hwinfo.

THere is a memtest86+ 5.0 beta out not sure if I'm brave enough to run a Beta on my memory.
