Is their a free download or Internal windows way to find out what freq and what voltage my memory is being read at?

The Post screen is just Too fast too check it that way and the system tool in the control panel only tells me how much ram i have BUT not the freq or voltages

In answer to the amended question, your ram is running slightly under what it is rated for (1600 rating, running at 1333). If you want to run it at it's rated speed you'll need to adjust the divider in the bios (this can be called many different names, Ram speed, memory clock etc).

To be quite honest with you if its stable I really wouldn't bother, the extra few mhz you'd gain wouldn't make massive performance difference and you run the risk of having to re-configure any OC and stability issues stemming from timings and voltages on the ram.
