You wont be able to boot at 1600. The ram does work but you will have to downclock them to 1333. The h67 chipset only supports upto 1333.Ive had to do the same thing with my P8H67m pro and sniper 1600 ram.
I thought that was the other way around??? Freq before timings hmmm will have to research that a bit as I have 1866 mem I could down clock it and tighten timings

1600mhz gives the best all round performance, there is little difference between anything higher and lower timings are better than a higher frequency but there is still little difference. 1600mhz CL9, for normal use anyway is perfect for SB.
When you first install the ram press the memok! Button, when it eventually boots go into the bios, go to advanced mode and set the overclocking option to manual and you'll see the option beneath to set the Ram to 1333.
