Anybody able to fill me in as to why MP10, aswell as MP9 previously, I can/could never use the option where you can right click on a file on the playlist to the right and use the delete option ?

Ever since I can remember it`s always been greyed out.

You can select in the options to delete the file as well as delete from the playlist, but the delete still remains greyed out.

well i dont kno but cant u just highlight them all and then just press Del on your keyboard? lol

meh just removes it from the list, doesn`t follow on to delete the file.

Don't use WMP ? Not really sure I don't use WMP, I'm a winamp or itunes fan.

It usually asks you if you want to delete the file from the Library Only or Library and Hard Drive.. that's weird. Maybe try re-installing WMP?

Thing is Nicks, I`ve always known it to be like this, for all the installations i`ve ever done. MP10 to probably 7, think 6 let`s you.

I can`t understand how there`s an option in the "options" thingy to "delete file when deleting from the playlist" - when you can`t do it..

The del key is all well and good, but it`s a pain in the butt to have to have a lister (using DirOpus) and MP running to filter through the musics u want to keep etc.

I`d rather not install another player on this pc, it`s already burdened with nero`s, creative`s and some other misc.

Some kind of permissions thingy ? Any experts on that about ?
