Mbm & Dfi Nf4-sli-dr

Lo all,

Anyone know if I can get motherboard monitor to work with my mobo? I know MBM has stopped realeasing updates now and that this mobo is not supported but there might just be some way to configure it. DFI forums seem to be down at the moment, can't look there.

You can use MBM and there are specific settings for it - speedfan is the one to avoid

Thanks for the info guys, I've been messing about with MBM and I've got it to working with my mobo and GPU now...

I need MBM to work with my setup because thats what Samurize and my CrystalFontz display use to to monitor this stuff. Just have to work out how to use Samurize with a dual desktop setup now, we're getting there slowly. Now the Samurize forums are being updated

-38 on the CPU Zax mate?? whats the BIOS temp at that MBM reading? - I feel sure that unit's crying out for 3.3Ghz or more

Lol, nah mate, I've just adjusted MBM to match the reading on the Mach's LCD. I know thats not an accurate reading but it's something that I can relate to. I know when it reaches -23 c its time to set the fans on turbo.

lol, you make it seem like -23 is hot. How'd you get mbm to work correctly zax? We always seem to encounter the same problems with this DR mobo. What memory are you using?

mbm works fine with my sli-dr too

never had any problems with the dataset provided by the guys at dfi street

Which dataset would that be tom? What setup are you using?

The one ZaX used.

google + "dfi mbm" and its the first result. the dfi-street forums are what its on. doesnt seem to work on my pc atm though, dont know if they are down or now.

You just download the RAR file and replace the data folder in your MBM installtion with the one in the RAR file.

I did mine this afternoon in fact, you can customise it a bit then as you want.
