Hello everyone ! its my first post here, iv been watching oc3d tv for a long time co i decided to post my problem here 
Sorry for my english its not my main language.
I have a problem with my new pc build with Maximus VII Hero. Everything works fine after building the pc but there is a microphone issue. There is a really annoying noise in the background. The bios is updated to the latest version and iv tried 3 versions of audio drivers, its making this noise on microsoft driver too even if i press the mute button on the microphone. Iv tested 3 working microphones ( tested on my previous pc ) with the same result. I haven't installed the io shield backplate but that shouldn't be the problem, even on a cardboard box it should work fine i think.

2nd question. Is there a way to disable the motherboard red leds (Audio section and rog chipset logo) ? because i cant find it.

CPU - i7 4790k
RAM - Corsair Vengeance Pro 2x8GB 2133MHz CL11
MB - Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO
GPU - Evga gtx 760 SC ACX
SSD - Samsung 840 evo 120GB
HDD - WD Blue 1tb
PSU - Corsair AX860
ODD- Asus DRW-24F1ST
Case - Corsair 450D
Cooler - Be Quiet! Dark rock 3
Os - Windows 8.1
Cpu runs on xmp profile and the motherboard keeps its running on 4.4 all the time, Temps under cinebench loop are max 76*

Please help me with this problem and if it cant be fixed should i rma or just switch to an usb microphone ? or this issue can make more problems within time.
