Here it is guys - the benching/Gaming area of the office.

Is that Lian li pc75 with that mach? How did you get it to fit or does it hang over the back of the mach?

Nice setup there Mav. You got the Koolance cooling the GFX I presume, looks like you got half inch tubing on that, is that standard?

It's SLI water cooling - No mate it's 10mm ID pipe from the EXOS2 drops into an AQZ050 pump then a y-piece, then its 8mm ID tube to each water block, then back out the block in 8mm into another Y-piece and return to the EXOS 2 in 10mm ;)

Fully overclocked and volt modded to 625/1600 these puppies run at 35degrees under load at 1.7v GPU core and 2.6v RAM (stock is 1.4v GPU x 2.1v RAM) - fans on at level 4 which is very quiet (goes up to level 10).

Cheers for the info Mav, what was the increase you saw (in figures) in benchies after volt modding your GFXs?

Mate it was Awesome, truly awesome.

From a respectable 15300ish in 3dm05 (clocks at 505/1425) straight up to 16200ish, that was at 625/1485 - but then I found a modded BIOS for the RAM that allowed more bandwidth and could pump the ram up to 1600mhz - that then got me 16500+

The thing for me was that I everyone was scoring the same (non-volt modded) and the competition was close - then a few guys volt modded and kept the 'secret' to themselves - it was teh volt-modded units that were flying. Which is why teh results at the top of the 3dmark hall of fame look closer than they really are - that is to say non-volt modded 256MB unit would top out at 15300 points - whereas the volt modded units make the 17500+ scores of the 512MB units look like a slight increase (when really unless you do volt mod the cards they are actually 3000 points better).

The clever guys at Nvidia played it cool when they released the 256MB versions - the 512MB versions have better RAM but the core is the same they just used 'golden samples' and pumped 1.48v through em. It was clever becuase they did what they needed to do to be really quick - but held back enough to have an answer to X1800XT when it was released without having to do a lot.
