mATX case

Building a budget PC for my mate. Budget ~£500 all in. Specs so far:

From Frag:

-Intel Core 2 Duo E6420 (3.2-3.4ghz stock voltage, good chip!)

-Gigabyte GA-G33M-DS2R mATX G33 Mobo

-2gb (1gbx2) G.Skill PC2-6400 (Model: F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ)

-Auzentech X-Mystique 7.1 HD PCI Sound Card

Sub Total: ~£215

To buy:

GFX - Got to be 8800GT, just oreder one now from ST to have a play and see what it is like ~£165

HDD - 250/500gb ~£40

Cooler - depends on what will fit in the case! Air. Maybe arctic freezer as it is cheap!

PSU - Corsair VX 550w job or something similar ~£50

Monitor - he only wants a 19" widescreen - ~£100

KB/M - my old ones for free.

Sub Total: ~£355

Lastly is a case. Any ideas? I imagine he wants to spend as little as possible as we are on approx. £570 and still have to get a case.

I was looking at the APlus one, I imagine that will be the top of his budget tbh.

I guess that will come in at £610 after he thought £400, maybe £500 would do!

Shame they're £49.99, but the psu should be good enough? altho it's prob cheap it doesn't say if the PSU is ATX v2 or not aswell

u may have to cut the bar under HDD cage
