Making blanks helps?

hi i have a question about lanli PC-D8000. I see some of fans mounts and psu need to be blank out so that no dust will come in to the case as it has two psu and i only have one and the rad mount at the back needs to be blank out also but I am not sure on were to buy or make these can you suggest any help with this? I was thinking of buying a solid piece of metal and using the fan holes and psu holes and using the blank with cut out screws holes for the case. Any suggesting on how I can buy this?
