While the number of Apple-owning households continues to grow, the vast majority of those Macs are sharing space with at least one Windows-based PC, according to a new study.
When the thread came up about needing a regular guy for that sorta thing, I can't really commit time to it on a regular basis, it'd be unfair to oc3d for me to say I could. There are infrequent times where I do actually have to do some work here lol.
.. and sometimes I have time on meh hands
(other than that, I'll spam this sorta stuff whenever some1 mentions it's quiet in chat)
macs aint... bad they just cant do anything aswell as a pc imo, used a mac for several months, the cost of a half decent mac you can get a pretty ok gaming pc then just install leopard if you realy wanted to.
Yeah true, I'm just playing around. I owned a macbook for 6 months. Over payed because I didn't use it's media editing features that only a mac posseses. But if your a music or movie producer, you definitely gotta get a mac, and you definitely get what you pay for.
The media editing software exists for PC, you just have to pay for it. If I were producing music or movies, I'd want to be able to render things using a high end workstation GPU, or record and playback music using a high end soundcard, neither of which are possible on mac.
