Ur fraggletek.com expired or sommit mate?

I switched hosts and I haven't had the time to restore my backup to the new server. I'm pretty sure I backed everything up. There's another thing I need to remember to getting back around to.

Looks like the pix from my classic apple logo mod are down too, damnit!

No they were hosted on frags server :|

Frag, you still got em? Wanna put em on OC3D uploads?

Yeah I think I have em in a backup somewhere, if I can locate em I'll deff up em to my new server or the OC3D server.

Cool :)

I've done that to a few laptops in the past, the thermal compound is normally pretty bad on most laptops :(

Not sure if I would do it to a macbook pro, but looking at what you found I guess it was worth it.

Have you noticed a difference in temps since upgrading to leopard?

I only ask as lots of people have said their macbooks seem to run a lot cooler since upgrading to it.

Well I got rid of my MBP a long time ago, almost a year ago I think, maybe longer.

My current MacBook just runs cool from the get go, it never breaks 65*c whereas my MBP would reach mid 90's.

i believe the coolerness of leopard is because of the reduced 'run away' apps also from what i can gather if you have a none universal app running in tiger laptop gets HOT, however in leopard it doesn't seem as bad, perhaps they've helped out the ppc emulation software a bit?

my mbp seems nippier and cooler on leopard :)

I'm so

ed Apple released the new MacBook like a week after I bought mine, it now comes with the 2.2ghz Santa Rosa proccy, and is capable of handling 4gb of RAM. They now also have a 250gb hd option, and it's faster than my 200gb. Bastids!

I took my late 2006 imac apart to re-apply TIM on the cou and gpu, my temps went down by 10 degrees and its not as hot as it use to be. I did also notice the large amount of paste apple used, its ridiculous

Apple employs apes to apply their TIM.... I swear it. I would hope they have the issue squared away by now, 5 years later, lol.
