I am on a extremely tight budget, and due to that, i can afford a PC that costs 400-450 € to build. Do not give me a extremely low level CPU since I will be play heavy Minecraft modpacks, and those surely take a lot of CPU juice. Also do not use too much money on the CPU over the graphics card since i dont play only Minecraft

-I do not need an OS.
-I do not need a screen, nor a keyboard or mouse;
-Use the prices from Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.es and the german version of amazon;
-If you suggest a pentium, suggest a motherboard to extract a lot of Ghz from it.
-I don't have any old pc parts;
-I live in Portugal;
-I will play at 1080p;
-The budget is around 400-450 €.

Minecraft doesn't use multiple CPU cores well at all.
Option one:
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 3.2GHz Dual-Core Processor (€76.93 @ Amazon Espana)
Motherboard: ASRock H97M Anniversary Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (€82.73 @ Amazon Espana)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Blue 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (€43.00 @ Amazon Espana)
Storage: Western Digital Black 500GB 2.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (€62.16 @ Amazon Espana)
Video Card: XFX Radeon R7 260X 1GB Core Edition Video Card (€119.22 @ Amazon Espana)
Case: Zalman ZM-T4 MicroATX Mini Tower Case (€28.20 @ Amazon Espana)
Power Supply: SeaSonic ECO 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (€56.42 @ Amazon Espana)
Total: €468.66
(You can overclock on the stock cooler a little bit)

Option 2:

CPU: AMD A10-7850K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor (€127.18 @ Amazon Espana)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo 43.1 CFM CPU Cooler (€16.75 @ Amazon Espana)
Motherboard: Asus A88XM-PLUS/CSM Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard (€74.95 @ Amazon Espana)
Memory: Kingston Savage 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (€29.45 @ Amazon Espana)
Memory: Kingston Savage 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (€29.45 @ Amazon Espana)
Storage: Western Digital Black 500GB 2.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (€62.16 @ Amazon Espana)
Case: Zalman ZM-T4 MicroATX Mini Tower Case (€28.20 @ Amazon Espana)
Power Supply: SeaSonic ECO 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (€56.42 @ Amazon Espana)
Total: €424.56

Minecraft can get some benefit from dual-core CPU, but that requires the instalation of Optifine Ultra. Thank you for the guides.

I've edited it a bit, can someone check if this works well?
