Low budget Cooler - case is 190mm wide

Ok, I think it bothers me more than it bothers
my wife but the stock AMD HSF often spins at
4000 rpm, although still getting the expected
temps of 41c.

4000rpm sounds like a jet engine and I can
hear it through my headset while gaming (on
my pc which is about 9-10ft away)

Normally I wouldn't think twice about putting
a Hyper 212 Evo on it, but
a) I'd rather not spend that much
b) I'll probably only give it a slight overclock.

c) I have Hyper 212 Evo in my 200mm wide case
and i dont think it would fit in a 10mm thinner
case.

The CPU is a Phenom II 960T which i know is
capable of 4.1 ghz easy using the hyper 212
Evo, I'm not looking for extreme OC as my
wife won't utilise its speed so something
around 3.6 while being quiet would be great.

I'm not sure about 92mm coolers, but if there
are any decent ones, ill consider it...

Budget - under £20 (cheaper the better) as
anything above 20 then i may aswell buy the
212 and bend the case.

This only came to mind this morning and searching on the mobile is a PitA but the Freezer 13 and CM TX3 I'm aware of.

I actually love my Arctic Freezer 13, and I bought it for only £20

Ok, I've looked at a fair few and reduced it down to 4 potentials (well 3, the freezer 13 price/performance is kinda low compared to Xigmatek)

I've dropped the Freezer 7, as I couldn't find solid enough specs on it, and besides......for £15.xx I might as well go for TX3 Evo.

From the 4 pictured, I'm leaning towards the Xigmatek Loki as its the better performer...compared with the Alpenfohn at max rpm, the Xigmatek is both quiter and has a higher CFM.

I know I could get the Alpenfohn Civetta and with the £6 saving by a much better fan, but I've only just come to settle on a few 120mm fans (after researching for about a week)

So, asking now, if the Xigmatek is a good choice or will the Alpenfohn be better will a kickass fan (if you know of a great 92mm fan please tell me)

i'll second the freezer range. i put a pro 7 in my mums PC on a Phenom 965 @ 4ghz and its silent and cool
