swapped back to my white psu since the mustard and ketchup cables were driving me daft. But didnt stop with just that looking at the pcb of the drive was really on my last nerve.

This is how it looked

and end results.

I also swapped out for some drives I had sitting here from reviews. old drives were a 8TB Seagate Archive drive and a WD 640GB Black. Now as you can see they are a Seagate 8TB Barracuda Pro and a WD 4TB Purple drive. Add that to the 1TB Seagate sshd and the 1TB Samsung 850 EVO and my raid 0 NVME drives, I have a total of over 13Tb of storage.

Never posted a pic before of the biz side so here it is as well. Did not take a new pic of inside because basically all that changed was the cables lol now black/white vs red/yellow/black.

Whats going on with the PCIE condiment cables?

lmao ! first real out loud LOL of today :D

I love that rig though man. The fat hoses are just pure unadulterated filth but by gum they are a sod to work with so I give props on that.

Edit. Before some one misconstrues what I just said I mean pure unadulterated filth in the pron context. IE - it's awesome.

Those were the stock very well sleeved psu cable fir the thermaltake grand rgb dps 1k titanium psu. I have no idea why they chose those colors lol. I know thermaltake is frowned upon here but needed (or thought) a new psu and I deal with Oklahoma Wolf a lot on psu's and this unit got rave reviews. This was his actual review unit. But I put my seasonic silentsnow 1050w platinum back in that I had purchased a full cablemods kit for. When things get better I'll buy a new set as those have seen a few builds now and there are some frayed spots that aren't seen, and they don't exactly please me. But I like how the hdd turn around came out.

That's a good shout

Yup the monsoon mmrs had to buy a new top for it since I had to shorten it fit this case.

Now I remember why I swapped out the psu. I was getting random crashes. It happened again last night during a gaming session. Has not happened since putting in the thermaltake. And now the seasonic is back in it's starting again. Guess a psu swap back to condiment cable is in order for the day.

If I had more room under that channel in the back I'd put my extensions on. Got some black bitfenix extensions from back when they did a small sponsor of a build. Not a show rig just a personal build I had won some fans for. They offered to sweeten up the looks fir me after I sent them a pic of the fans installed. Some of y'all my remember my nvidia side panel paint mod on my coolermaster storm scout.

This is perfectly set up!

I'm loving it. And temps are good as well cpu is oc'd to 5.0Ghz @ 1.335 vcore and gpu oc'd to 2125 with no volts added. cpu hits upper 40's and an occasional spike to 50 during multi hr gaming sessions and gpu ave 38-40.

lol as I said I dont know why but ThermalTake actually had those sleeved in those colors. If you click on the image and them expand it you can see they are in fact sleeved. But as shown in the second pic I swapped out to my Seasonic psu with its white black cable mod cables. But lol its back to the ThermalTake psu. Long story short I'm on disability atm for an on the job injury, my benefits stopped at the beginin of sept because they felt I abandoned treatment, which I have not I'm awaiting surgical approval to repair my shoulder. Anywho I listed a bunch of parts for sale and someone wanted the Seasonic psu over the ThermalTake so its back in my rig. But I have the gpu cables looking alot better this time.
