looking for Case suggestions

ive had a couple of Threads asking for opinions on Cases, but they were asking for opinions on cases i listed. just trying to cover all my bases and asking for any case anyone recommends. There is only one requirement. i want it to have a side window. other then that ill consider any case. any size. any price (the cheaper the better though) it doesnt need to support W/C. having good airflow is fine. Standard ATX. though (and i guess this is another requirement) it needs to fit any GPU length...but only has to fit one, as i dont plan on ever going SLI/XFire (i figure by the time where i feel like i need two GPUs, id be better of just getting whatever is the newest)

hope you guys can come up with some ideas, cause i feel like ive looked at every case now, and nothing looks good lol, but i think thats in part due to just always looking at cases. if someone else points out a case (even one ive looked at) it would give it a new light imo.

thanks for your time and help all

that is deff one ive been looking at. i love the price! im not a fan of the fan grills on the window. but CM cases are always highly recommended! thank you for your input

ive actually been looking at the NZXT Lexa S. nice price. fan filters. just a nice case imo...no front USB 3.0 ports though which kinda stinks. but something i think i could live without since my mobo would have them anyways

I just finished my first build I used a Cougar Evolution it has a side window and room for 6 or 7 fans.

I fitted a 120mm water cooling kit in it but it does require some modifications to the case.

But the case does have knock outs in the back for external rads.

They say it will fit a graphics card up to 305mm

I fitted a gtx560 msi twin frozr2 no problem

I am new to building computers so I cant really compare with other cases but I am happy with it.

It does all I need it to do right now.

i looked at that case for awhile. (i actually have a thread on it in this section from a month ago or so)

i love the case, its price, and everything except the front. i think the honeycomb is ugly, and i dont think its filtered at all. those two together really killed that case for me "/

appreciate your input. glad to know someone else noticed that case!!

also considering the Storm Enforcer

The Storm Enforcer is a cracking little mid tower. The build quality is good, much better than the more expensive Phantom I've just replcaced it for. Airflow is brilliant, and cable management is really easy. For the price, I don't think there is a better mid tower with a window.

Here's a link to the build I've just done in one.

beautiful case. i love the clean look the closed loop W/C gives, but i plan on using the Havik....but i do love the clean look. lol. its so hard for me to decide. if i want the clean open space look, or performance...ugh

so many cases catch my eye. been looking at some antec cases as well. the twelve hundred looks nice. i really like the removable dust filters! but its near the top of my limit for a case money wise....removable dust filters are really nice. i wish the Storm Enforcer has them...but so far, i think the Storm Enforcer is my favorite choice.

anyone know anything about the other Antec cases like the Antec 600? or any other suggestions, are very much appreciated

The Antec 1200's cable management isn't very good. From what I can see the Antec 600 hasn't even got a painted interior - which for me if its got a window is a big No No.

yup same here. big no no....i probably knew that, and is why i havent considered it, but ive been looking at cases for so long now, i forgot what ive looks at and what the specs are of the cases ive looked at

on top of the Storm Enforcer, ive been looking at some NZXT cases. they have a bunch of really nice cheap cases! i mentioned the Lexa S earlier, but ive since decided i dont really it. but ive been looking at the Tempest Evo

and the Tempest Elite both by NZXT....any opinions anyone???

This NZXT looks ok, but I will go for Storm Enforcer, remember the fact that probably you will not change this case for next year or so, so I will just pay little bit more money, and get something better like CM SE.

not really too worried about price....i plan on $1600+ for my build, another $50+ for a case wont effect it much....i mean having a cheaper (but good quality) case would be nice, but price isnt really a factor (until you start getting above $150

Don't get Lexa or Hades, they suck in every way except pure features, terrible build quality

just been looking at more cases, and i still find myself circling between the same few cases. going between the RV03 and the 650D right now....the RV03 has everything hands down except i hate how the window looks like it was just tacked on...i prefer a nice smooth inlay like the 650D or the previously mentioned Storm Enforcer. but i may just have to suck it up, cause i like everything else about the RV03.

the RV03 ends up being slightly cheaper which is nice. the 650D uses pass throughs which kinda stinks, though the RV03 does too, its more hidden since you dont see the pass throughs.....im leaning towards the RV03 more and more (once again)

You could always use an adapter for the pass throughs.

Like this if you can find one in the U.S:

usb 3.0 Adapter

good to know about the adapter!

im looking even cheaper, cause for the most part, i havent really looked this cheaper

NZXT M59

EDIT:

nvm. i think ive finally found my case. its right up there in how much i wanted to spend, but i think its worth it. probably going to get the black one though

NZXT Switch 810
