I'm planing to build my own rig and first decided to use the Antec lanboy air but more and more reviews say that the chassis is bad,
so requesting help on deciding on what chassis for air cooling

HAF
Ugly but good and has very high air flow.

Whatever you do don't get the Lanboy Air, it's one of the most stupid cases I've ever seen. With such a high budget you have a big choice, just look at cases for decent brands and select one you think looks nice and fits your need. BTW why is your budget in euros when you come from SA?

I didn't see the 190EU budget
I'd say go for the TJ07 then, I think it is about 190EU isn't it? It's watercooling friendly though.
Corsair 650D is an awesome case too, SO MANY OPTIONS you have with that budget.
You really don't need an expensive case, just get a decent HAF and spend the rest of the money on good components.

most of the peepz here doesn't know how much is R2000, but what would the recommended amount be for a chassis, i want a case with ultimate air flow for oc because i don't think i'll be watercooling

You do not need that much air flow for OC, LOL
Get a H100...
Corsair 650D with H100 is great.

I've been looking at the corsair watercooling and i struggle to find the H100 only H60, but is watercooling worth the risk because one leak can kill the whole pc and i'm not into throwing R20 000 away

Corsair 650D is R3000 way over my budget for a chassis

Any of these corsair water coolers is self-contained, no leaks at all. They even apply the thermal paste for you so it's ready to use out of the box!
Have a look at the HAF series, they are DESIGNED to maximise air flow, High Air Flow. And they are very cheap.
Which CPU and Motherboard are you getting?

Awesome, modo: MSI Z77A-G45 and cpu: Intel Core i5-3570K Ivybridge

Great choice!
Buy a corsair air series ST fan/fans for the radiator, push pull if you want.
Get no more than 8GB or ram and get 670GPU or an ATI if you wanna save some money.
Good luck mate :)
