Liquid Cooling - Cooler Suggestion

Good Afternoon,

Just a quick question and opinions from you guys.

I currently have an AMD x4 Phenom 955 black edition and I am looking at getting a water cooler for the CPU.

What models would u suggest?

And does this method still require Thermal Paste?

I still have the stock cooler which I think is nearing its way out!

Any help would be appreciated.

any aftermarket cooler is better than the stock solution.
plans for the rig are?
overclock in the future?
what case are you using?
budget?

Thanks for the reply Deano.

Specifically do not want an air cooler unless my arm is twisted would like to try out the liquid ones.
No Plans really just gaming CPU runs quiet high on full load normally around 75 Degrees. The only parts on my rig I will be updating will be my GPU and buying an SSD. Going for a Radeon 7970 and not sure on the SSD yet.
Case is a Cooler Master Elite 330U Midi Tower Case - Black
No Budget quite happy to spend what I need to.

you've got a 120MM fan at the back so you could use H60, H80 or any other 120mm rad cooler.
