Well I am back from my break in aberdeen!

Got my sheet of 3mm tinted plexi- looks lovely :D

and yes, that is my fat self in the picture :P

Everything looks pretty good, not perfect but if I wanted perfection I would have sent the panel to Tom @ CPC for a CNC job.

Tomorow or Wednesday the case frame should be back from powdercoating, and on Wednesday my school exam results are back :(
 
nice work mate looks pritty good too say it was done by hand, oh and are you going too put some u channel on?
 
I'm considering u channel but tbh the camera and sunlight make it look ****.

When it is in normal light it's very hard to see any silver other than where it was cut.

You could always masking-tape over the outside and spray the silver side black?
 
be careful with links to ebay...theyre not really allowed...but seeing as its to help someone then i dont see the problem...

thats a damn good deal for 2 madrels and 70 discs...christ!

Loving this build btw, anyone who mods a PC-A05B deserves knighting..im getting mine out of the wardrobe soon...ROCK ON!!!

Mine is just improving on the stock design in an aesthetic sense, not really "hardcore" modding.
 
mine was the same...the functionaity of this case is lewsh...its like a hewge empty box...pandoras box...

Another pointless little update really

My chilledpc stuff should come tomorow, and hopefully the stuff I have ordered from marcus should come too.

Then thursday will be a big build day :D
 
Well my window panel is pretty much finished:

Masked and sprayed the edges (should have done this pre-plexi lol)

Once I get those I am a litre of distilled water and a few other small mods away from complete.
