I got laptop from my friend and I reset it to factory reset, so that means i had to install all updates. After all updates installed, laptop restarted and then nothing, just small horizontal white stripe in corner of the screen.
I can't do anything, go to BIOS etc.
I tried to remove one RAM module and HDD, and removed BIOS battery, but nothing changed.
It's Packard Bell laptop with AMD APU I think.

The fact that you can't get into the bios makes me sceptical that it's a Windows error. Could it be that any of the parts are dying/ have died?

Long shot, but does it boot into a Windows installation DVD/USB?

It does not sound like it was caused by windows updates... It is not accessing low level stuff like the bios

Sounds more like the bios got corrupted or the graphics need to be reflowed or the ram is faulty or a broken display cable.

The specs of the laptop and photos would help

edit: Is there a lockpad image somewhere on the screen?
