Laptop Hard Disk connecting problem(Wd Scorpio Black)

Hi, I have a HP pavilion dv2530ea. Recently the hard disk Crashed, which was a seagate momentus 5400.3 160gb hdd. Hence i thought of putting a faster hard disk, so i bought a WD scorpio black 250 gb from specialtech.

But the problem is that the hard disk socket doesnt match to that of the Wd socrpio. Or let me put in this way, the power and the data connector seem to be upside down in the scorpio when compared to the seagate. Is there any way that i caan fix it to my laptop...maybe by some cables.

And yeah i did check the hdd docks. I dont want to buy them bcoz it only connects through USB 2.0(480 mb/s) which has a very slow data transfer rate when compared to the sata(3 gb/s) speeds.

Walaaa. There was an adapter attached to the old hard disk which went into the scorpio and now its up n running..Ty guys for responding.
