hi there looking for a keyboard to go with my new build was looking at the eclipse 2 or the razer tarantula anybody got any other ideas dont really need the hotkeys or the lighting effects but something very decent can take a bit of a hammering and is very quiet

I agree with Kempez on the Eclipse II. I have one and like it.

If you want something people will go "WOW" when they see I have a diNovo that works very well.

I use a Logitech G15 and it's a very good keyboard for the following:

54 Macros

Windows key switch

Backlighting

LCD

Logitech Quality and support

So far, it took me <hour to setup the following on the LCD:

Winamp Display

CPU Core0;1 and GFX temp plugin

Ventrilo supports the G15

Fraps Plugin

CPU/Mem usage plugin

Steam Games Plugin

and many many more :O
