A friend of mine asked me to look at his computer.
He upgraded to Windows 10, didn't like it, so rolled back to Windows 7, now no keyboard work with the system once Windows loads, during the POST and in the BIOS it works fine.
In the device management it shows that the keyboard drivers aren't installed.
I have tried various solutions:
- Different USB ports
- Uninstalling and reinstalling drivers.
- Checking the BIOS to make sure everything is enabled.
- Installing the drivers from the disc of his gaming keyboard, which tells me the drivers are already installed.
The mouse and other peripherals work in the USB ports.
Does anyone know of another solution I could try?
