yep that case is a bit small... you would probably need delta fans as case fans too keep that thing running cool on air
cant even really see any realistic way to shoe horn a 240 rad in there.

Ok, so I moved the Hard Drive around and made the cables go round the back and at the moment my temps under load reach 50-60C° on the CPU and about 70C° on the GPU after about 20min. No idea how it would develop after longer times . First of all: Is this ok, or is it still too hot? I could get a new case, but first I would like to try getting the most out of my current one. Now I read that there are fans that one can install like an extension card next to the GPU or like a Hard Drive/CD-Drive. Are these any good?

Your biggest problem is you are mostly circulating the hot air in the case rather than removing it and repplacing it with cool air.
little spot fans do help in generall for cooling down a problem heat source.
but its still only pushing the hot air arround. if you cant get that hot air out of the back of the case, and replace it with nice cool air at the front then you will only ever see increasing temps in the case.

but again you still really need to get the cold air in to push the hot air up so it vents out of your rear mounted exhaust fan.
if yor just exhausting from a pci slot that is relitivly low down then you are probably removing more of the colder air than you are removing hot air.
then again if you are going to start throwing money at fans, then you may want to seriously consider looking for a second hand cooler master haf case i have a 922. and it does have prety damn decent air flow and good fan mounts.
Obviousli i tried to fill it with rads.. But its better for fans

That's just gonna pull the air away from your graphics card.

The sad reality of it is that you can only do so much with your case. That said, the load temps seem reasonable actually. But as said that was only for 20 minutes and your system has a lot of trouble get the warm air outside of the case so it'll just heat up more and more.

Another thing you could try is buying another CPU cooler which is a tower cooler (like the 212 Evo) that will direct the warm airflow from the CPU to the rear fan rather than just spreading it around the case. But then again that's gonna cost more than a fiver.

Your current temps sound pretty good for a 25°C ambient especially considering your cooling hardware. I wouldn't be too concerned at all.

If you have to get improvements then I think the case is the first thing to change rather than wasting money on additional little silly PCI slot fans.

Instead of trying to fix an issue that's inherent to your case, it's better to just get a new one that's won't always limit you

I can strongly recommend the Bitfenix Neos as a cheap but cool case, it has space for two 120mm intake fans at the front behind foam and mesh filters, and one 120mm exhaust fan at the top. No side vents or silliness like that. The power supply is bottom mounted and has its own filtered intake.

You can get it in a variety of colours and with or without a side window.

They start at around £30.

I have two Corsair AF120 LED fans at the front at 7v with the stock Bitfenix fan at the back at 12v and everything stays cool, quiet, and dust free.

Ok, first of all: thanks for all the answers. I gave one of those CD-Drive-Cooler-Thingies a try and it actually looks like it worked. My CPU rarely goes above 50-55°C and the GPU stays around 60-70°C. The fans never need to accelerate, wich means my PC is quieter under load. But there is one disadvantage: The new fan lacks fan controll and to some extent is a little loud. So under load the PC is quieter, but on idle I have that annoying base-sound. So I have one last question: Is there any possibilty to get some controll on a fan with a molex-cable, so I can switch it of when i don`t need it? (its connected directly to the PSU)

you have 2 main options.
1 wire a resister in line, *these are sold specifically to reduce fan voltage form 12v to 7v or 8v or some other value depending on the resister.

2 Wire in a potentiometer. which is just a variable resister, these come in many different types, so have a look for them.

but again you do seem to be spending money on fans when a case would have been a better option.

There are many ways to cool a PC. I guess most use the brute force method with noisy fans and high dust build up, yet the cooling is very effective. I tend to go for positive static pressure pushing small amounts of air into the cases though as many sources as possible (noctua fans), and then pull it out through the top with a slightly larger fan.

Works well for me, which means my PC is dead silent under idle and minimal use and there's hardly any dust coming in, as the heat is pushed out through all those small holes around the case, instead of being pulled in.

It's very easy to rewire a molex to lower fan speed, at the moment your fan will be wired to yellow (12v) and black (0v) to run the fan at 12 volts. Just move the pin that currently connects to the black wire to the red wire (5v). That way your fan sees a voltage that is the difference between 12v and 5v, which is 7v. You still get good airflow but you get less noise. I run all my fans at 7v by doing this.
