Well I got hold of these samsung 30nm memory modules and have been having some fun:

4x4GB sticks at a 1T command rate and those timings and speeds.

Yeah, shame the 16F3 hates the 2133mhz strap and refuses to run it, I think the bios just has some timing it does not set properly for the IMC.
