OK so I was forced into a re-paint of the room and whilst I was at it I thought I'd better do a quick re-organisation!!!
Pics of course
PC, 360 and PS3 all hooked up via optical digital sound out. 360 to TV is VGA, PS3 to TV is HDMI and PC to TV is HDMI. Right Dell 2407WFP is for main PC most of the time, left Dell 2405FPW is for test PC
Pretty happt with the way it looks and sounds, I did quite a lot of cable tidying to get it nice and clean

Very slick tbh.
I can hear our health & safety person having a fit over the seating versus the monitor/tv heights.

The TV height is 100% perfect but the right hand monitor is a little high and I may move it down. The TV is positioned for the futon that sits behind the camera
Speakers weren't much, just some Gales from Richer sounds which usually sets you back about £250ish, AMP was £200

Center = ~ £80
Rears can be had for £50-£100, dunno which ones kemps using though.
Decent amp can be had for a massive range of prices. Cheapest being round £150 and most expensive being far, far too much...

Yep Hams got it about right, my floorstanders are about £150-200ish, center was £79 and I haven't bought the rears yet but I may just buy a cheapo set of Gale bookshelf's for £50. The AMP I really wanted was £400 but I just can't justify that and this one does the bizz and will last for years to come

It`s hard to see without u sitting in the chair but what they constantly bang on about at work is the users eyes being inline with the top of the panel.

Ye as soon as I sat down I realised the monitor was too high, no biggie I'll just move it when I get the chance.
TV's are a little different though, mine is at a perfect height
