Is this normal?

Hey guys, I don't know how to describe my problem, hope someone can help..
So, I have EVGA GTX 670 FTW Signature II edition, had it for two months or so, but sometimes I experience fps drop. Mind you, I play CS:GO most of the time, and have frames locked to 129 in-game and they NEVER ever drop, so all good here. However, when I play BF3 or Borderlands 2, frames are so random... I would have 90+ in BF3 for example and suddenly they drop to 50 for a second or two and then back..
I run OCCT today and the results were similar, have a look at the graph and tell me if this is normal:

also, here are the frequencies, I think something is wrong here, unless it is the issue with Furmark and the card underclocking itself..

Any help will be appreciated!

it might be a problem with SLI, but i don't think so.
it might be that the card goes into 2d mode for a second. try overclocking it just a bit and see what happens.

I don't have two cards... So no SLi issues here... I honestly HOPE it is just a problem with the OCCT benchmark... Will download furmark and test again to see if it is the same thing.

oop misread your signature.
it's not a problem with the benchmark and furmark isn't really the best benchmark either. try to overclock the card or setting a 2d profile to prevent the frequency stuttering.

IIRC Nvidia cards throttle when you run Furmark on them and have done since the GTX 570.

It's no way to test a card out. I would update the driver if you can because I know that one of the recent ones had terrible latency issues.

Oh and make sure you have disabled adaptive Vsync because it's crap.
