Hi guys looking around for a new monitor for my mate. hes upgrading from a 6770 and a 19 inch 720p tv to a 7870 and a 22 inch 1080p monitor. ive been looking at this.

But i can't seem to find any reviews on it. has anyone any experience with these monitors? i've gathered that an ips monitor is the best and its only 120 quid. Is it any good?

Rawz said it uses the same screen as the LGs use, my mate has one of those and thinks it's brilliant.

I've never had experience with AOC though

Well as long as it's not terrible i don't think he will mind. Might have to order one of these for myself

I can vouch for LG screens being very good Aoc are pretty well known for being pretty good quality I think

imho AOC is a big no.

whenever i can i try to use samsung, dell or Asus monitors.

also dont look at res and size first but the panel which is most important, if you have budget then get an IPS panel, best for gaming.

im currently using samsung sa200(or whatever full model is), honestly never had issues, easy to setup and easy to wall mount. also they are quite cheap for what they are.
