Is this a lga775 or a 478 kit?

I had bought a unit used off eBay and it came with an intel kit. Had no use for it so it went in a drawer. Can someone tell me the dimensions of an LGA775 or identify this one...

it looks like LGA775 to me, because it looks too wide to be 478.
