is this a good set up

i was thinking of geting the ASUS Xonar Xense One and Sennheiser PC 350 and just wonted to know peoples opinions on it - AUD$350

Edit:I will be mainly using the rig for gaming

preety much any sound card will have alot better performance compared to a onbord one, few mobos like the asus V extrerme etc. which have decent onboard audio,

sennheisers are great quality headset, not my type of headset for gaming as its made rather for things like audio studio work etc. but they work as gaming headset aswell

I am still baffled as to why ASUS has not implemented the Xonar chip on the more high end boards.
