Would prefer to pay more on a much better Product.
Saving some bucks mostly ends up in RMA's and more costs.

Why don't you just get something like the BeQuet one that is like 45 euros (I'm sorry I do live in Belgium

Or if that is too much, get the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ or something similar. Maybe even a Mugen 3 or 2 if you can get your hands on it.
But if you really like TT (their fans are really LOUD in general) get the FRIO. That is one beast of a cooler, but it sounds more like a mini V6 from a BMW.
EDIT: by beast I mean if you replace the stock fans with some 1800+ rpm fans, but it just looks better than it sounds or permorms. So just don't bother.
