Hi

Here is my problem. I keep getting major artifacts even just sitting on desktop. This has only just started to happen. If i turn color quality to medium have no problems. I am running a XFX 8800GT XXX at stock . If i do a artifacts scan on ATI tool i get no errors.

bit more info. Running 1920 - 1080 on a samsung LCD. Just swopped in a 8800 ultra and still get same problem. Am now thinking it might be the cable ( DVI - HDMI )

remove, clean, install latest

try clocking it down a bit

sorted it. It was the HDMI socket on the lcd. Some how the connection has become loose. Thanks again
