is it worth it? I3 4170 vs I3 4130

I could get a i3 4130 for around 80 euros (second hand) or a i3 4170 new for 119 euros. It would be in a small itx build for some light gaming.

What would the best choice be? Light gaming - web browsing - youtube - movie watcing etc.

I'd get the 4130. 300mhz increase isn't worth the 40euro increase in price.
