thats all for now though

its sat on the table next to me...

not tested it yet, but i aint gonna use it, i prefer my asus

i might sell it

i dunno

i bought it when my A8N SLI was all screwed up, in order to replace it if need be, but raging's bios chip fixed all that, and now there isnt a problem

i almost have enough hardware for a second system, if i had a case, and a psu...

but i darent trust any of the generic pos i have lying around to power a 939 system effectively...

hmm

Quick Question..

Where did you get the Asus board from and what sort of money was it.

And is it any good ?

Cheers

Mark

Looks great by the way !

i bought it second hand

cost me £40

and yeah, its not bad, its rock solid...

it overclocks...okayish

but dont expect miricles

the best board of the type for this socket, and chipset were the DFI's

Ultra D, SLI-D, and SLI-DR

but they took some work to get stable...mine did anyway

this one is stable out of the box :)

hope that helps

Cheers chap !

Yeh, i was just curious as i may be looking to get a 939 board at some point and noticed a lot of these on ebay going for quite good money. Will look into it more when i need it which isnt just yet anyway.

for the right ££ i could be perswaded to part with my DFI SLI-D, 3200+, 512mb DDR400, and a X300 if you would be interested? add me on msn :)

UPDATE!

my X800 decided it couldnt cut it anymore, and conked out, so i had to get a replacement, and i went for the only sensible solution out there, ATi

so my upgrade consists of an ATi/AMD + HIS HD3650

pics:

so my system as it was before...

that had to come out

Image249.jpg

then there we have the new card :D

damn it looks nice

dont like the fan though, i prefer the passiveness of my old X800, but oh well, i spent all my cash on the card, the cooling will have to do..

and there we have it, installed :)

Yeah, decent switch, thnx for the pics.

What`s always concerned me about these sorta cases, is where u have 3 fans, all pulling from 1 spot.

HAR HAR!! Sumvision mouse, loves it, i had one of those, and so did my bro, got them for like £2 on ebuyer or something, wore it down so much that even the buttons were see-through.

Loving the build btw, very sexy.
