Hey, I got the 'delta search' virus on my computer so I used antimalware bytes to clran my pc...but I thought I should reinstall my os since the internet connection was still slugish but it was still not working properly, so i reinstalled it again...it's still slow as hell or not working at all, I can't think of anything to do...so I thougtht you guys might be able to help. BTW I tried the ping google command in cmd promp and it usually losses packets. Some help would be great...btw I making this thread on my android so please excuse any errors or such. Thanks!

Have you installed the latest network drivers?
If you have this either sounds like a network problem on the board or your router/modem
You need to try and speed test via another system in the house or your phone.

Ok, now this is very weird...it started working right now after disabling and enabling the network connection about 10 times...will I have to do this each time or was it a problem with the company that supplies the internet connection (btw it`s been like this for about a week!)?

It may have been on your end, but from the details that we know, we can't anything certainly. Since a slow connection can be caused by your ISP, or because your network adapter was having problems.
