I thought the Noctua was big.. I reckon this will fit in my Phantom no probs but I'll have to use something to prop it up at the bottom in order to not snap the cpu socket off the motherboard

Say for example you got a kit, why would you put it in your case?

ie: strip out your current rig and put this in...

Its not just about the cooler. These kits are not upgrades for your own rigs....

Ive not even said you would get to keep them afterwards.

Its to do some work for the team, and the ones that will be chosen will be the ones we feel will do that.

I completely understand the point of this entire exercise, Tom - A little bit of fun here and there, a few good write-ups and some awesome results on air for the team. I'm going to run a few benchies on my i7 right away as well.
