Yep, thats the ones I have. I lowered the voltage to 2.9 volts and the best bus speed I can achieve with the timing 2.5-3-3-6/7 is 210Mhz max anything higher than that gives me errors in Memtest.

Only when I run 3.2 volts can I run 225Mhz max and I can even get away with 2-2-2-7 timing as well but I don't want to fry the memory if I can help it.

But if its fairly safe to run @ 3.2 volts with a fan for cooling then I will do that.
