intel cooler -.-

has anyone else had really high temps with an intel heatsink. ive got an i3 2100 atm and its idling at 60 degrees -.- the performance just keeps going downhill

luckily i ordered an nh d14 today and saving for a 2500k but seriously this heatsink is tragic

ok its truely stuffed now, tried reseating it and kept shutting off. managed to get into bios and it was 100 degrees :'( shut it straight off and i aint touching it till i cn get some new thermal paste of my mate. cant wait till tuesday when i get the nh d14

Sounds like a thermal paste issue tbh, ive had no problems with the stock coolers, even in super cheap cases that come with 1 fan.

got some mx4 off a mate of mine and its idling at 28 degrees now, just gotta wait for the d14 on tuesday now

the thermal paste on there before was really patchy and bubbly

Well there is your problem. xD Patchy and bubly thermal paste is really bad.... ^^ glad its sorted
