Installing Logitech Mouse Software on Windows Server 2003

argh, help

MouseWare, which comes with my MX510 just does not work when installed normally.

When i ran it in XP compatibility mode, it installed, but just does not work.

I tried Setpoint...and that said it is not compatible with my OS.

Anybody had experience?

Whatcha need mouseware for? I don't use any of the drivers for my MX1000 nor my Media el337 keyboard from Logi..

some of the buttons dont work withut the software and i want to change the usage of the buttons anyway

Bad news:

MouseWare does NOT currently support Windows Server� 2003. Your Logitech pointing device will function with its native drivers.

Dave thats real wierd mate, i'm using Setpoint on 2k3 x64 Server and it works fine. I just got the latest version from Logitech's site.

Have you tried downloading Setpoint for the G5? - I've seen it supports other mice.

Apparently these work well with server 2003 setpoint260btenu_x64.exe
