decided to do some remodeling. I sold the old board in the cm case and upgraded to evga's e762 4-way sli board

to this

since the board is 2 slots larger than the std atx board i had to buy a new case to house the components. i chose the half x since that was the next cheapest option. The case is coming wednesday so ill update pictures than.

heres the board on the bench while i ran some tests and overclocked it with the 980x.

as for the old atcs case. i decided to make it the new home of my i7 2600k build

kinda overkill because i initially planned on making that build mobile lan rig due to matx.
