If noise is not a factor, which fans move the most air?

I have a fan controller but its a 12v max

Most fan analog controllers are just variable resistor's limiting the amount of voltage going to a fan, Digital fan controllers work a little differently so overvolting the input on a digital controller might supply to much power to components in the controller that are also using the 12v, if you had 17v or 24v going into a analog fan controller is would simply be limiting a 17v or 24v input instead of its standard 12v.

Most controllers like the following are simple analog fan controllers.

aye, I have the scythe version of that controller. almost exactly the same.

Lol then you would be able to set it to 17v or 24v

it isn't a long term thing as it shortens the life span of the fan but you would get some crazy CFM lol

Side topic, How do they measure the CFM for case fans?

i wondered if to get the 1900rpm 110cfm version of those fans for push pull on a rad would like to know on the quality.

Most definitely, They arrive and get installed tomorrow, I will post as soon as I have more information on quality and airflow in practice. As well as change in temps if any.

i will only use deltas if i but a rubber sheet under my computer attach fans at the bottom of the case and turn it on. my computer will become a hovercraft and easy to move to lan partys, and will sound like one too....

Can you purchase rubber mats to put under the PC, and do they actually help?

That being said everyone was looking for my update.

So I officially have 3 Ultra Kaze 3000rpm fans installed in my case. And I love them.

In my opinion they aren't remotely loud at all. At all.

I will be purchasing more.
