IDE HDD to External

Is there any way you can change a standard IDE HDD into an external one, or is it only SATA HDD's ?

you can, with an external hard drive cage, dunno where to get them from anymore, but it is posible

then it will connect to the pc via USB

Ive got an Akasa Intergral P2 and its fantastic. Does SATA & IDE drives.

However if you dont need the SATA function, go with an IDE Icy box. As theyre pretty darn cheap now.
