ic7 max is reporting no CPU temps !

Just a quickie, BIOS on my ic7 max is reporting no CPU temps ! zip nothing not even a zero just a blank space !!! Tried a re-flash several times but it just stays the same. Any ideas?

Mine did this randomly one day; a reboot sorted it.
