IC7 & Mach1 reset hold issues?

hey guys

i hear that some mb's have issues with the reset hold feature of the mach1 and that the only way around this is a second psu? now my question is what if i dont want to use a 2nd psu and i want everything inside the case? i have thought about using a 12v adapter and wireng it to a molex and using that to triger the relay for the mach1 instead of the second psu. has anyone run into this problem before and figured a way around it? i just cant stand the thought of having to run a second psu and having it hang out side the case looking like crap and all....

From my experience I would say no - otherwise everyone else with a Mach I would have already done so.
